New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account on this website, or by emailing hello@scribein.app from your registered email. Cancellation stops future charges; Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No data is lost — the standard app keeps working, and all your notes stay on your device.

Refunds

• Charged in error, or charged after you cancelled? Full refund — tell us within 30 days of the charge.
• Pro genuinely didn't work on your supported device and we couldn't fix it within 7 days of your report? Refund of that month's charge.
• Beyond these cases, monthly fees for periods already used are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.

Delivery of service

ScribeIn Pro is a digital service. Access is activated on your account immediately after successful payment — nothing is shipped physically.
